What we collect
FleetFlow processes account details, organisation membership, vehicle and trip records, expense evidence you upload, GPS session points when a driver opts into tracking, and billing-related subscription data. We practise data minimisation: we collect what is needed to run fleet operations and the product you subscribe to.
Why we process it
Data is used to provide the service (dispatch, expenses, settlements, reporting), secure tenant isolation, improve reliability, and meet contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Where it lives
Infrastructure and processors may be located in India or other regions depending on your deployment configuration. Organisation data remains scoped to your tenant.
Your choices
Organisation admins control membership and operational data. Contact us via the contact form for access or deletion requests related to account data. Drivers control device location permissions for GPS sessions.
