FleetFlow is an India-first multi-tenant fleet ERP for commercial transport, and a product of Utkal Technologies. It helps owners and companies run trips, capture expenses with evidence, track GPS sessions, settle trips, and keep an INR ledger in one place.

Independent vehicle owners and multi-branch transport companies that need auditable operations — not just a simple GPS pin on a map.
03Does FleetFlow work with Indian rupees?
Yes. Money amounts are stored as integer paise and displayed in INR. Settlements and ledger entries are designed for Indian fleet finance workflows.
04How does GPS tracking work?
Drivers can start a browser GPS session while a trip is active. Accuracy depends on the device, permissions, and network — FleetFlow records session points honestly and does not claim hardware telematics-grade precision.
05Can drivers submit expenses with photos?
Yes. Drivers can log fuel, toll, and other trip expenses and attach photo evidence so owners can review and approve with an audit trail.
06Is my organisation data isolated?
FleetFlow is multi-tenant. Each organisation’s fleet, trips, expenses, and finance data are scoped to that tenant. Superadmin tools are separate from customer org dashboards.
07What plans are available?
Starter, Business, and Enterprise. Starter covers trips, expenses, and basic tracking; Business adds finance and higher limits; Enterprise adds SSO, custom roles, and negotiated scale. See the Pricing page for current INR rates.
08How do I get started?
Create an account, subscribe to Starter or Business, complete payment, then create your organisation. After that you can invite users, add vehicles and drivers, and dispatch your first trip.
